Once you delete a user who owns Dashboards in Jira, those dashboards will also be deleted.
When you search on the dashboard panel, these won’t show up.
You need to go to System
Then Shared Items:
Enable ‘Show Dashboards moved to trash’
And there we will find the ‘Trash’ for the dashboards, where you can restore them back.
